BTW, it is generally agreed that under obamacare a 76 year old would be denied a life saving brain operation. The cost of such an operation divided be the expect number of years left alive would not make such a procedure fiscally viable. Of course that would have been a death sentence for Ted Kennedy. Oops, I forgot. Congress would be exempt from such a plan.
