Shoe chips are very common in Atlantic City Dennis. They are chips that are affixed (glued) to the side of a BlackJack shoe. Sometimes they are non-cash value chips ... sometimes they have a value on one side ... such as the chip in your scan. They are very collectible with A.C. chippers.
