Are there any records that may become available to help identify presently unknown crest and seal chips? I've heard that there are chippers who have scans of the USPC records. Hopefully these scans will be donated or sold to the club.
Since c&s chips are what I collect, I am wandering if the monies earmarked for the purchase of chip records would ever be used to benefit my collecting interests. (Hope I didn't sound too selfish)
