I think that was my suggestion, but thats ok. Pick on John his skin is thicker than mine.
Your amendment would be a good start and with thw amount of money currently in our Treasury a $5,000 ceieling on unapproved spending is probably fair.
Certainly committees would have to submit reports to the Board and how future monies would be spent.
Thats how goals areb set.
Thats how membership grows.
