too. When I mailed my personal chip to 28 Members on July 18th I was told by the Postal Clerk to just put 2 stamps on each envelope. Well it has been brought to my attention that some were delivered postage due. So if you were one of the members that received one of my personal chips postage due please let me know and I will send that amout to you. Sorry for the trouble this may have cause but I am filing a complant with the District Postmaster rather then the local post office. Thanks Charlie
