Thanks, Bob. I like your suggestions. This was the first year
that we put the headings at the top of the page, as requested by
several readers. Ernie Wheelden is our computer guru and if given
more time, I'm sure that he would have had all of the headings and
page numbers on the outside column. He only had about a week to put
TCR-7 together to go to the printer, as a result of his ruptured
appendix and my being late getting the disc to him.

Regarding our dates for the Holiday Inn Boardwalk and Boardwalk
Casino, I believe that they are correct. Are you remembering the
Holiday Casino, which closed in 1992?
