To the TCR authors: Thanks again for a wonderful reference. Your book is one of the things that got me into the hobby and kept me here.

One thing I would suggest for the next version: on the even number pages put the page number and the heading that represents the casino that starts the page on the left side of the page instead of the right. I think this would make it easier to flip through (I think dictionaries do this with the headings).

Question: are the dates (and maybe other information) switched between the listing for "Boadwalk Casino" and "Holiday Inn Casino Boadwalk"? I seem to remember it opening as the Holiday Inn and losing the name in 95, but the listings are the exact opposite.
