I can see where this can be annoying! However, many posters think that the quick relief is to delete the past message and be done with it. While this will work, Greg's preference, in an effort to maintain the continuity and content of the Message Board, is to NOT just delete the message, and instead be given the opportunity to go into the message and delete the poster's email address.
Greg has posted here previously that I am available to do just that, and in fact, that was the issue with John's post and it has been corrected in that manner, while preserving the content of his message and contunity of the thread.
This offer is open to anyone and in the overall is more preferred than just deleting an older message, which in some cases has important information to leave standing for the archives.
