Many of us recycle padded envelopes, and some envelopes get used many, many times.

In fact, several years ago, when this same general subject came up, a little project was organized to see how many times a specific envelope could be used and, how many miles could we put on it. I cannot recall the specific results, but it did travel to foreign lands and in the end, it was displayed at the Convention.

Perhaps someone feels like doing an Archive search.
