OK Here goes,
First I will re affirm that I would like to see the club start acquiring records.
Second, this is something that has to be fine tuned, that is why I suggested raising the dues, so that we could have funds in place as things become available in the future.
Third A position (Club Historian) would have to be established for the keeper of the records.
Fourth IMHO a small fee would be charged for any records provided by the keeper to a member, that fee would be shared in equally by the keeper and the club.
or the records could be posted to the club website and members could access
them free of charge.

These are ideas bound to evolve but ideas that are neded if we are to continue to grow./
