I am not sure how this thread got to be, where it is.
We all know who has the Hub records. As far as I know they are not for sale.
They are available to chippers, at what I feel is a very reasonable price.
There are other records available. It doesn't matter, if a member of the club or The Club gets them, there will be and should be a fee for accessing them. The price paid for them will have to be recouped.
Are these records important to us, you bet!
Example:
I have the Victory Club chips being mailed to me, Will scan them as soon as I get them. Ah, you are probably saying "What is the VC, another illegal" NO. It was in Pittman (Henderson) NV. TGT says it had slots only. T Mold records prove it had table games and chips. I have several Mason records IDing NV chips that we would never know existed.
Yes, these old records are important to us.
I have never advocated that the club invest money in old records. But, I have no problem if they do. I also have no problem paying a fee to access them.
