It's not Jack Entratter for sure and it's not Moe Dalitz or Wilbur Clark. I don't think it's Carl Cohen either. Maybe it's the PR guy from the DI (Eugene Murphy?). I'll check when I get home for photos from the tournament around 1960. Walter Winchell and the PR guy (name escapes me at the moment) at the DI are the ones who established the Tournament of Champions to benefit the Damon Runyan Memorial Fund, of course with the support of ownership/management of the DI and the other hotels.
