This with low res images, but the House in your photo seems to match one in a photo I had of Mrs. Gaither and others at the Arrowhead Inn. It's the detail of the twin supports under the eaves that I notice. The section behind Harold and Coley, with the tile roof looks like a later add on. This structure still doesn't look like the main Arrowhead Inn building that we have the interior view of.
