There was nothing in writing. When I first started collecting I saw posts on both the Chipboard and eBay regarding "wet chips" and did not know what they consisted of at the time. I originally only wanted to collect $1 house chips from anywhere in the world that I could purchase, but then, as you may know, you get sidetracked - Jetons, Plaques, and just about chips from everywhere. Although I dont go out of my way to purchase the "wet chips" sometimes they come in a packaged deal. Hope that helps. I didnt mean to start a long debate over whether or not they should or not be judged as part of a collection, we all collect what pleases our eye I would think. After all, for most of us it is just a hobby.
