Iv'e got a good chance of getting into an Illegal card game next week. I'm told this guy sets a a poker or blackjack game twice a month in the back of a bar/resturant twice a month. I have never collected Illegals. How does somebody establish the fact that a chip actually came from an Ilegal club and not from someone who claims that it is from an Illegal casino?? If I am actually able to get some of these chips how do I establish a value???
