I'd suggest that if such a project were to be undertaken by the club, a central location would be best. Kansas City is about as central as you can get, has gaming in the area, is cheap to fly into and out of from just about anywhere, and can accomodate any activities that might be connected with the facility.

Jim didn't prompt me to make this suggestion, it is my own idea. It couldn't hurt that the man who has already said he'd be willing to devote the rest of his life to such a project lives there!
