The east coast of Costa Rica is most definitely on the Caribbean Sea. The same is also true for Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia and Venezuela. Countries included in the Caribbean ChipGuide that are not in the Caribbean are Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos (all are islands in the Atlantic Ocean, but close enough). Suriname is also not in the Caribbean, but has long been associated with the Dutch Caribbean islands of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao and St. Maarten. In fact the same guys who opened casinos in the Dutch Caribbean, Cliff Jones and Jake Kozloff (C.J. J.K.) also opened casinos in Suriname.
