I agree with Rich.
"believed-to-be" or "possibly" any such listing will encourage people to claim things that are not true.

Rich has gone to "GREAT" lenghts to attribute chips.

"believed-to-be" or "possibly" only takes away from people that actually does the research and do not take "WILD" guesses.
