For everyones information, after a little research in James' book there are a few more arrowdie chips that are before 1953. In fact they are most likely 1951 and before. They are:

Club Harlem - Reno first issue arrowdie in 1948
Colony Club - Reno first issue arrowdie in 1946
Haymarket Club - Reno first issue arrowdie opened 1951 closed in 1953
Mac's - Reno first issue arrowdie opened in 1950
New Star Keno - Reno first issue arrowdie opened in 1947 closed in 1948
El Rey - Searchlight first issue arrowdie opened in 1946
Atomic Club - Winnemucca first issue arrowdie opened in 1951

So now according to David Spragg all these dates are now thrown into question because no arrowdie was made before 1953. But then he back tracked and said no arrowdie was made prior to 1951. But in truth it is definitely not certain when arrowdies were first made, whether it be in 1951 or 1946 for that matter.
