OK, I'm selling some of my CO. just released chips. They are not rare, but for CO. collectors they are desireable. Prices are fair. Why do so many buyers refuse to buy on the 2nd chance offer. I had one guy refuse a chip for 5.00 on 2nd chance, yet pay 7.00 on the same chip listed 5 mins. later on my numerous listings a few minutes apart. Some have a built in setting , you can't send them a 2nd chance offer. I understand on rare chips, but new release chips Why. I have never understood the thinking on this subject. Any ideas?
