Whenever I see a previously unknown chip from a well known casino in uncirculated condition, my first thought is that it probably a sample made by a manufacturer to show the casino what the design would look like. Since they are not known in quantities, it is likely that the casino then rejected them. Just my opinion to explain a situation like this.
