The last issue has been in the mail for about three weeks and if any US postal patrons have not received their copy, you most likely won't (the USPS is bad...but not THAT bad). As I have noted numerous times, the is making every effort to trim costs and this includes cutting down on the number of additional CCTNs printed. Since we started this cost-cutting measure, I have sent out ALL additional copies sent to me & have no extra copies of the three issues prior to the last CCTN.

If you wait too long to speak up, I won't have a copy to send to you...do you want a copy?
