Wrigley Field is at the corner of North Clark at Addison. Nuts on Clark is two blocks north. It sounds like the kind of place that would sell peanuts before the game, rather than a place that features nutty people. It has been open 30 years, so I doubt it is the same place that existed in the 1930s.
