I have always thought that you, as a seller, cannot leave negative feedback assuming that THE BUYER PAID!!

I am not saying that you should leave negative, but after this much time passing with no payment, once you start the unpaid item notices, then move on to the final fee refund process, not being able to leave deadbeat bidders negative feedback is simply ridiculous!

Someone please reply- are sellers really unable to leave negative feedback UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES?
