Chip Manufacturing Question?

I noticed on the new Hollywood Casino Grand Opening chips that the Inlay is lined up very well with the Insets. I asked about this once before on some other chips and the opinion of most was that this was just a random thing if they lined up. No one thought chip makers would have the time to really line things up. I show a photo of 10 chips on one side and the extra link is the flip sides. "Every Chip" has the same orientation of inlays and insets. Is new machinery now able to read the color of the insets and automatically spin the chip before the inlay is positioned? Are these done by hand? Do other chips have this same alignment attention to detail? Is this something the casino would have to request? Is anyone out there familiar with chip manufacturing?
