I agree with you Jim. My point of asking fellow chippers before I came out and spilled out the full details was I wanted to ask what people thought before I did it. I have seen how some people have complained and posted details of the emails, and some didn't appreciate that what was thought of as a private conversation was made public.

I wanted to ask because I hadn't seen a clear message sent one way or another. I thought I'd rather ask what people thought than just go off on my own and find out that on a day when I hadn't checked in on the board that a decision had been made to not report these kinds of dilemmas.

I very much appreciate everybody's input on this. I'm not looking to be offended by anybody's comments. If you have a opinion one way or another, I very much want to know. I figure I can't learn how to deal with situations like this any younger, and any input or experience you have had on how to deal with a situation like this I would appreciate greatly.
