suggestion...it wasn't like there was a lynch mob waiting for you outside the door. If you or anyone else comes up with an idea that they believe has merit, spell it out & present it to the BoD. But put some thought into it -- how you think that a "junior" or youth program should be administered: guidelines, communications, fees, special incentives, whatever -- then present it. The has a Mentor Program (the brain-child of a club member)...tie the "junior" program into that if possible. If it means that much to you, put forth the effort, talk to other members, bounce some of your ideas off of them & then present what you feel will work.

The club's Board of Directors will listen to any & all suggestions...one person's rebuttal to your suggestion should not determine the validity of any idea presented.
