The Membership table at the convention had (at this convention) & has had (at prior conventions) past issues of the club's magazine, the Casino Chip & Token News (CCTN). We had many people stop by the Membership table & they were encouraged to take a copy if they so desired. We had many takers which will at least provide some additional exposure for the .

I like your "card capper" idea...David Spragg has provided a "card-capper" with the emblem on it the past several club poker tournaments (thank you, David). It would be nice to possibly have metal ones made to have some of our poker playing members use while playing live (if they would do that, seeing as poker players are somewhat superstitious). In order to do something like this, we'd have to figure out how many would buy one & what the costs would be. I agree that we need to try to ride this current poker trend & any suggestions from you & others on how to do this is always appreciated.

By the way, your renewal was processed today & your membership card goes out in tomorrow's mail.
