This chip also came from James, and has the same circles in the hats on one side of the molded chip. This one is drilled, and was probably intended for a key chain, but I hadn't seen it before. Some white "stuff" in the mold recesses on the chip as well... maybe adhesive?

Again not marked NCV, but it's green, not a standard color for a 100. Hotstamp is silver.
