Artwork for Fitz apperars to be the same but the colors are brighter and the finish is different. I'm not an expert but I would consider them a different issue.

Goldem Gate again the art is the same. The $1s have a slightly brown background. $5s very much the same as the first issue. with both chips the printing is very poor. Again I would consider them a different issue.
