The blue chip was from the California Commerce Club, the original name of the now Commerce Casino in Los Angeles county.
Not sure if was a tournament chip or not. The white inlay is not a paper stick on. This chip is in used condition.

I found the green chip on the floor at the Commerce and have not been to the Normandie in Gardena, CA to verify what the chip was/is used for.
Based on the imprint, Promo Chip, could have been used for "free play" bets on their BJ or Pai Gow tables.
