one of the reasons for not charging a registration fee for the convention is that we attract a number of non members who are than exposed to the hobby and join the club. There are also people that come in with chips and memoribilia to sell, thus new finds for the hobby. The convention certainly supports itself this is just one area that I thought might be able to use some help.

And how about this:
As we grow should we to consider hiring first a part time than a
full time executive officer to take some of the burden off of the
volunteers?

The club is doing great but we have to look to the future.
