I landed in Belgium on Sunday night, I'm in Rome now, and I leave for Madrid this evening. My suitcase is presumably sitting somewhere in Heathrow Airport in a huge pile being ignored. I know it hasn't been scanned in there yet.

This pretty much sucks. But if you've ever flown on British Air, which I do a lot, you learn to expect this. I still have 11 more days in Europe, so it's gonna cost them!
