Any one know if this is one of the several different personal chips that Las Vegas Mayor, Oscar Goodman uses as souvenir handouts to visitors and fans?

I got it at a Garage Sale on Sunday when I asked if they had anything with a casino logo on it. Out came a bag of chips, 70% of which was Gambler's General Store fantasy chips and no Nevada (or US) casino chips. I'm not sure if this Oscar Goodman chip is a GGS chip, but there were some other interesting chips in the bag. (See my next post.)
