-Blinds levels were not announced so everyone/dealers could hear
-Too many dealer errors
-Some table not playing with proper ante/blinds when they should of been
-Dealers were too SLOW
I learned later in the tourney that these were not SP dealers, they were sub-contracted in from the Dealers School by SP (and it was there 1st live experience and had only been in the classroom 2 weeks).
At my table we were not getting one orbit around the table during each blind level. At one point I started to time a dealer and it took him just under 3 minutes from the time the previous pot was awarded to the time that 1st card was dealt for the next hand. We also had a dealer try and turn the flop before he dealt any cards....and this happened twice.
Outside of the tournament I thought the convention was fantastic and plan on attending many more.
