Actually we are aware of the policies that you all mentioned. The problem was that instead of coming around to clean the rooms at 10:00AM they were coming at 4-5PM after I returned from the show. Since I am old as dirt, I needed to rest for a few minutes before dinner and partying all night! When they showed up we just got the fresh towels and they never cleaned the room. No big deal.
