Example: How many of the $5 Paris BetG 3 yellow stripes roulette jeton were authorized and shipped to the Paris Casino?

It would be interesting if we had __exact__ figures on the different Hard Rock roulettes and others. All of the 1996-1999 HR roulettes are shown as "C" in the latest Chip Rack. IF different numbers are shown on some years... could/would this change the rating?
