Naphtha is flamable, but not highly-flamable, Archie. About like charcoal lighter-fluid, I'd say. Not a serious risk unless there's direct contact with open flame. I'm not necessarily advocating stickers on cards, but you will get some that have been stickered as you trade. This is a way to unstick them.
