I think a BJ tournament is a great idea. I'd suggest not having it at the same time as the Hold 'Em since I belive a fair number of the poker players might enter the BJ. As the convention continues to expand I'd suggest getting away from the idea that "nothing" else can be scheduled during the time the dealers' hall is open.
