this is 2009, not 2008 -- read the date on your receipt....not one month ago, but one year and one month ago. It is important to note that if your membership expired in June of 2006 and you renewed in April of 2008, my predessor most likely would have issued you a new membership number or he may have taken that renewal money to keep you current from 2007 to 2008. In any case, you were not and are not part of the 2008 / 2009 database. I will process your new membership and issue you a new membership number. Since you have missed the cut-off date for the May-June issue of the CCTN, the next CCTN you receive will be the August-September issue.

With regards to how I complete my Membership Officer duties, I have in the past and continue to make errors -- this was not one of them.
