Your post caught me off guard as I thought I had renewed my membership, but I'm human, belong to 14 organizations and non-profits and am sure things get overlooked with so many notices flying all over. I renewed it online this morning and just shared my embarrassment about this with my assistant only to have my assistant tell me, off the top of her head, that my membership was renewed MORE THAN A MONTH AGO...and she then handed me the receipt. What would I do without my assistant!

Anyway, your apology is accepted as we all make mistakes and everyone at the CC & GTC gives their best effort. Details of my membership renewal, credit card authorization and fulfillment are listed below, for your records.

I am concerned, though, that this could be so easily missed and perhaps I am not alone. Please double check on other members who may have also paid, but are not or have not been credited with their application dues, as was the case with me. This is particularly important as renewals are upon us, as you just posted. Also, since I have now actally paid twice for my membership, please use my second payment for my 2011 membership.
