It looks like it should be from an old California card room, especially with the Chinese characters. I must admit I know absolutely nothing about Nevada chips. I hate to go out on a tangent, but your horseshoe chip is what caught my eye. I love the small variations in the the old chips. I have the one you show plus a few others. The position and number of the nail holes vary as do the line at the tips and curved end.
