The HGCC says 10 cents on the back. I thought it might be Harold's Gun Club but can find no reference

The VB, is the same on both sides. I thought it might be an Owl club but again can find no reference.

The MJC is the same on both sides

The Winners Circle says $25 but its dual insert colors don't match up to any chip I can find.

Any help would be appreciated.
