Okay Wayne, now I'll say a little more. Perhaps if you were privy to a few more candid conversations instead of only open meetings, you'd understand what I'm talking about. Think about someone wanting to limit club membership, because more new members might mean more new finds by new members, finds that a few elite collectors couldn't control. Think about someone suggesting that dealers act in collusion to keep chip prices up.
