I certainly have seen it in the Woodland Inn chips. Also, we have argued about the "light blue" and "Dark Blue" Golden Horseshoe hub chips ( a generic I still think). Gene knows best, but I contend it's color variation between batches, not a totally different color chip. The issue is that if they used the blue, then replaced it with a darker color blue (or black) should we consider that to be two different chips? I am sure they were never used together as different denominations.
