I don't think NJ is going to push the matter. This was not an issue for NV, MI or MS. However if they do press the matter. Atlantic City is not doing so well and Macau is an emerging market that still has room to grow. I could see MGM selling their share of the Borgata or restructuring by spinning the ownership off to current shareholders of MGM stock.
