That is a term I had never heard used in relation to chips. I learned something new today.

I have seen many a card cover spinner that was designed to look like a chip and assumed that that was what John was describing.

It was a set of 20 $100 Outpost chips
I don't mind spinners (on a stack) myself.
He meant they were warped.
