I'm not a big fan of the oversized full graphic inlays (overlays?). The technology makes it too easy to skip the artistry, and just slap some photo pic on the chip. Kinda like this one. But when you keep to nice artwork, like the side with the desert scene featuring the shull in the foreground, they can be pretty nice. And in this case, the chip and insert colors are from the desert palette, so the one side of the chip really works. Nothing personal, Ms. Jackson...
