I don't mean to dampen anyone's spirits but the old Vegas photo exhibit is currently at the Whitney Library near where I live in Las Vegas. I visited the exhibit last week and was somewhat disappointed with what I saw. There were only about 20 photos on display, and of those 20 at least a dozen are what I consider to be of the recent variety - probably taken within the last 5 - 10 years. Many were just pictures of performers - Madonna and Elton John come to mind. I don't know if the exhibit will change as it moves from library to library, but I was unimpressed with what I saw at Whitney. If anyone else has a chance to see it before convention time, I would be interested to see if they share my feelings.
