A local store has a chip. It is white. It has tiny blue stars around the edge. left side of the chip is a crescent moon and right side of chip has an owl.
I hesitate to buy it not knowing a rough value first. It looks like a older crest and seal but I really have no idea.
Any help would be appreciated as for value and where from..
